The Quirky Farm Bistro is a small independent Bistro run by myself, Lise, and my business partner Fabrizio.

We opened the Quirky Farm Bistro on November 2018, i ran a restaurant for 15 years in Antigua and decided to move to the UK to continue doing what i love.

We both have different backgrounds, Fabrizio is Italian who was blessed with a mother that loved to cook and was brought up with good home cooking (he makes a good Bolognese sauce and arancini just like mama).

I am from Antigua, my grandmother was from Cheshire and was a fantastic cook, my mother owns a restaurant in Antigua and Barbuda for over 30 years, so I am blessed with the influence from the Caribbean and the North of England.

Our food is made with love and a lot of passion. Food is a big part of our lives.

We want you to enjoy your experience with us.

We cook and serve from our hearts and souls and want all our customers to feel welcomed, relaxed, and leave happy.

Our Quirky Bistro is different and unique, as well as our menu.

Two rashers of bacon, gluten free sausage, two free range fried eggs, grilled tomato and mushroom all served on a toasted bloomer with butter and a side dish of our homemade baked beans. Add Black pudding 0.75

Crispy sliced bacon served on top of a thin bagel with two poached eggs, topped with our sweet smoked Paprika hollandaise sauce.

With our special crispy kale, two poached eggs, served on a thin bagel, topped with our sweet smoked paprika Hollandaise sauce.

Poached eggs with smoked salmon served on a thin bagel, topped with our sweet smoked paprika hollandaise sauce.

Caramel brioche French toast  11.75

Three slices of brioche bread, dipped in vanilla egg, lightly pan fried and topped with caramel, garnished with fruit and cream.

Vegan sliced sausages, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms sautéed in our homemade sundried and porcini mushroom paste, served on a thick malted bloomer with a side of home made baked beans and mini fresh roasted herbs potatoes, topped with our special crispy kale.

Tuna tossed in a  light mayo served on a ciabatta bread, topped with  tomato, cucumber , mix peppers and served with French fries.

Mixed with chef’s special togarashi Japanesi herb sauce, the zesty citrus and a little spice will have your taste buds guessing, served in a ciabatta bread with French fries.

Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella ball, topped with chef’s  none pine nut pesto sauce,  served with crostini.

CREOLE GARLIC SHRIMP  7.99 

Sautéed in a delicious homemade creole garlic sauce with a hint of spice , served with grilled baguette to soak up the sauce.

Our homemade Caesar  dressing  tossed in romaine lettuce, crispy bacon, sprinkle with parmesan and topped with crostini.

This is a dish that is popular on my Island of Antigua & Barbuda. Salted cod, scotch bonnet peppers, fresh  herbs , served with our home made mango chilli dip sauce.

 Lentils, sweet potatoes, spinach, cassava, green plantain. Served with grilled baguette.

Halloumi, fresh mozzarella and feta cheese, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and mix leafs, tossed in our homemade sundried tomatoes dressing. This is a hearty meal.

BARBEQUE  JERK CHICKEN OR SHRIMP SALAD (gf) 13.99

This salad is not only refreshing but fulfilling, loose leafs, cucumber, cherry tomatoes tossed in our homemade honey mustard dressing, topped with our mango salsa. Beautiful combination.

Chicken breast sauteed in fresh lemon, white wine, fresh thyme served with potatoes gratin and seasonal vegetables .

Chicken breast and mushroom sautéed in a light fresh herbs parmesan cream sauce, served with roasted potatoes and vegetables.

Fish seasoned with Grenadian spices (Grenada is known as the Island of spice)

A blend of five different spices which are not spicey. The fish is topped with chefs pineapple salsa, served with  rise and kidney beans, plantain and seasonal vegetables.

Shrimp  sauteed in our sundried tomato and porcini mushroom paste and tossed in an al dente spaghetti.

With the finest minced steak (no fillers just pure mince steak from our butchers)  , served with French fries. Add toppings onions, lettuce, tomatoes and  cucumber .

Haddock served in a champagne cream sauce with a side of roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables .
