The Quirky Farm Bistro is a small independent Bistro run by myself, Lise, and my business partner Fabrizio.
We opened the Quirky Farm Bistro on November 2018, i ran a restaurant for 15 years in Antigua and decided to move to the UK to continue doing what i love.
We both have different backgrounds, Fabrizio is Italian who was blessed with a mother that loved to cook and was brought up with good home cooking (he makes a good Bolognese sauce and arancini just like mama).
I am from Antigua, my grandmother was from Cheshire and was a fantastic cook, my mother owns a restaurant in Antigua and Barbuda for over 30 years, so I am blessed with the influence from the Caribbean and the North of England.
Our food is made with love and a lot of passion. Food is a big part of our lives.
We want you to enjoy your experience with us.
We cook and serve from our hearts and souls and want all our customers to feel welcomed, relaxed, and leave happy.

Crispy, delicious and once you start you can’t stop. Served with a sweet chilli sauce.
OUR SPECIAL ARANCINI 7.99
Italian favourite and a must try risotto (rice) ball filled with mozzarella cheese and Bolognese sauce. Served on our delicious Bolognese sauce (can’t beat homemade)
SALT FISH FRITTERS 8.50
This is a dish that is popular on my Island of Antigua & Barbuda. Salted cod, scotch bonnet peppers, fresh herbs , served with our home made sweet chilli sauce.
CAPRESE SALAD 6.99 (gf option)
Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella ball, topped with chef’s none pine nut pesto sauce, served with crostini.
CREOLE GARLIC SHRIMP 7.75 (gf option)
Sautéed in a delicious homemade creole garlic sauce with a hint of spice , served with grilled baguette to soak up the sauce.
FUNGHI ALL’ ARRABBIATA 6.99 (Vegan)

Crab meat mixed with Caribbean sweet potato (white flash), seasoning peppers, fresh herbs, onions
served with our homemade delicious papaya salsa.

Shrimp, calamari, king prawn and fish, if you love seafood the Italian way you will love this.
Lightly fried and served with a Calabrian chilli aioli sauce.

ITALIAN LEMON CHICKEN 16.99 (gf option) (CHEF RECCOMENDATION)
Chicken breast sauteed in fresh lemon, white wine, fresh thyme served with potatoes gratin and seasonal vegetables .
BLACKENED PANFRIED FISH 16.50
Fish seasoned with Grenadian spices (Grenada is known as the Island of spice where my father is from).
A blend of five different spices which are not spicey. The fish is topped with chefs pineapple salsa, served with rise and kidney beans, plantain and seasonal vegetables.

With the finest minced steak from our butchers (no fillers just minced steak) topped with, cheese, tomato lettuce and onion ring served with French fries.

Haddock served in a champagne cream sauce with a side of roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables .

Curry goat with rice and beans, fried plantain, creole crab cake, salt fish fritters.
SEABASS ITALIAN STYLE 19.50
Cooked with a tomato sauce, olives, capers and cherry tomatoes. Served with mixed vegetables and roasted potatoes.
CURRY GOAT 19.99
Curry goat seasoned the Caribbean way. Served with rice and kidney beans and fried plantain. A must try full of Caribbean flavour.
EXOTIC PLANTAIN CHICKEN 19.99 (CHEF RECCOMANDATION)
This is one of my favourite dishes in Antigua, chicken breast filled with plantain, served with rice and beans, seasonal vegetables and the a delicious cream rum sauce.
CHICKEN SPIEDINO 17.25
Chicken breast, mixed peppers, onion, on a skewer, grilled with roasted potatoes, vegetables served with a Tuscan cream sauce infused with Italian fresh herbs.
CREOLE FISH 18.99
Fish of the day panfried and simmered in a Antigua creole sauce served with rice and beans and fried plantain.
